Welcome to Laundry Fund! We’re here to help you ditch the plastic, save the planet, and simplify your laundry routine. Here’s everything you need to know about how our eco-friendly products make their way to your door.
We’re Quick to Pack
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). If you order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll start processing it the next business day.
Shipping Rates That Make Sense
We keep it simple:
- Standard Shipping: <$25 (3-7 business days)
- Free Shipping: Spend >$25 or more, and shipping is on us!
Shipping costs are shown at checkout—no surprises, no stress.
We Ship Plastic-Free
We’re committed to sustainability, which means our packaging is 100% recyclable or compostable—and proudly plastic-free! That also means it’s not waterproof.
- Pro Tip: Make sure your package is delivered somewhere safe and dry. Rain and cardboard are not best friends!
Where Do We Ship?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Sorry, international friends, we’re staying stateside for now.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your laundry game-changer as it travels to your door.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, but once your order is in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours. Here’s how we handle the unexpected:
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier. You can also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Packages: Contact us at care@laundryfund.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll review each case and do our best to help.
Shipping Address Fixes
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If you catch a mistake, email us at care@laundryfund.com ASAP so we can update it. Once your order ships, changes aren’t possible, and rerouting will need to go through the carrier.
